2. Solution

This course will teach you how to design multi-stage workflows with defined transition rules. You will examine how information enters a scenario, is reviewed, changes during the process, and moves to the following action. The materials explain how to work with several conditions while reducing repeated checks. You will also learn how to plan retries, alternative routes, and different closing states. The final activity guides you through creating a detailed workflow in which every action is connected to specific information and an intended outcome.

Module 1: Multi-Stage Scenario Structure
Define the boundaries, central purpose, starting information, participants, and closing outcomes of a workflow.

Module 2: Information Movement Between Stages
Track what information each action receives, how it changes, and what is passed to the following step.

Study rules that evaluate several details and learn how to reduce conflicting transitions.

Module 4: Repeated Actions and Return Routes
Describe cases where a workflow repeats a review, returns to an earlier stage, or requests additional information.

Module 5: Handling Irregular Situations
Prepare separate routes for missing information, incorrect formats, and other cases outside the central scenario.

6. Refund Terms

Spark Pathway includes a 30-day period for submitting a refund request. Requests are reviewed under the Orqivo terms published on the website, taking the purchase date and the amount of completed material into account.

7. Certificate

After completing the required modules and submitting the final workflow map, learners may receive an Orqivo certificate. It records completion of the Spark Pathway learning program.
