This course will teach you how to divide a workflow into connected stages, conditions, and outcomes. You will explore how one starting event can lead to several directions depending on the information received. The materials will help you distinguish the central workflow from exceptions, alternative routes, and additional review steps. You will also learn how to document process logic so that every stage has a defined purpose. By completing the course activities, you will be able to prepare a structured automation outline for one recurring task.

Module 1: Reviewing a Recurring Process
Select one workflow and identify its purpose, participants, starting information, and intended closing outcome.

Module 2: Building the Central Action Route
Arrange the main workflow stages in a logical sequence and examine how each action connects to the next.

Module 3: Conditions and Branches
Create rules that direct the workflow toward different actions based on specific information or events.

Module 4: Information Review Points
Learn how to determine whether the available information is sufficient for the process to continue.

Module 5: Exceptions and Alternative Routes
Study situations where the standard sequence does not apply and prepare additional branches for those cases.

Module 6: Documenting the Scenario
Prepare a complete workflow map containing stage names, conditions, outcomes, and concise explanations.

6. Refund Terms

Shift Bundle includes a 30-day period for submitting a refund request. Each request is reviewed according to the terms published on the Orqivo website, including the submission period and the learner’s progress through the materials.

7. Certificate

After completing the required modules and final workflow map, learners may receive an Orqivo certificate of completion. It records completion of the Shift Bundle learning program.
